Safe driving is achieved through extreme dedication, hard work, pride and teamwork. At Suffolk Transportation Service, Inc./Suffolk Bus Corp. our greatest concern is protecting the safety of the general public and all of our operators while providing the highest level of customer service.

Our safe and service-oriented operation encompasses the effective training of our operators, quality maintenance of equipment, effective communication and respect for the general public. All of our employees are committed to fostering a safe and courteous operating environment throughout our operation-both behind the wheel and on our premises.

We operate two state-of-the-art maintenance facilities, in Bay Shore, our headquarters, and in Ronkonkoma. In total, we have 30 work bays with lifts, two automatic bus washers, over 75,000 sq. feet of administrative and service areas, 30 acres of secure parking and 67,000 gallons of fuel storage on hand.

We've come a long way since the early days and we think you'll agree that we have established ourselves as a leader in the bus industry thanks to tough maintenance policies, strict training and careful attention to detail.

All maintenance is performed under the review of NYSDOT, by expert mechanics and is tracked for accountability by a fully integrated computer system, custom designed for our company to monitor repairs and parts usage.

Our strength in human resources, combined with our state-of-the-art facilities, makes us one of the safest and most cost-efficient bus operations in the country. A dedication to excellence that's strictly enforced each and every day, from the moment a passenger steps aboard.
